Buyer support

Frequently asked questions for cups, bowls, and takeaway food packaging.

This FAQ now follows the broader product structure instead of covering cups only, so buyers can self-qualify across bowls, buckets, soup containers, and fries cups before they send a quote request.

What is your MOQ for cups and food packaging products?

MOQ depends on product type, size or volume, print coverage, and production planning. The quote form collects those details so the reply can be more accurate.

Which product lines are currently shown on the website?

The site now reflects the supplier catalog across single wall cups, double wall cups, corrugated or ripple wall cups, plastic-free paper cups, PLA coated paper cups, paper bowls, salad bowls, rectangular bowls, ice cream cups, snack buckets, popcorn buckets, soup containers, and french fries cups.

Do you offer eco paper cup options such as plastic-free or PLA coated cups?

Yes. The site now includes both plastic-free paper cups and PLA coated paper cups. For these projects, the quote should confirm beverage temperature, destination market, barrier expectation, and any compostability or recycling requirement early.

Can I ask about several product lines in one inquiry?

Yes. Use the notes field to list the extra SKUs or send the first core item through the form and mention the other lines in the same message.

Can you share the full supplier specification sheet?

Yes. The website now shows selected supplier specs on key product pages and on the specifications preview page, and the full size sheet can be shared during the quote process when the product family is clear.

Can you print logos and custom designs on bowls and buckets too?

Yes. The site is written around custom print support across cups and takeaway food packaging, not just beverage cups.

Do bowls and soup containers have matching lids?

They can. If lid fit matters, include the food type, serving temperature, and whether the contents are liquid-heavy so the quote can be guided more carefully.

What file format is best for artwork?

Editable vector files such as AI, PDF, or EPS are the safest starting point. If the final file is not ready yet, you can still describe the artwork status in the quote form.

Can I order samples before bulk production?

Yes. Sampling is a good idea for new branding programs, premium cup structures, or food-packaging lines that need lid confirmation.

How should I describe size when the product is not a cup?

Use whatever is clearest for the product: oz, ml, diameter, or a simple label like medium salad bowl or standard fries cup. The current form uses “size or volume” to make that easier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Destination market and target timing are part of the form because the site is positioned for export-oriented quoting.

What should I send first for a faster quote?

Start with product type, size or volume, estimated quantity, print direction, and shipping destination. For bowls and containers, add lid preference and whether the food is hot, cold, or liquid-heavy.
